Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I truly enjoyed my stay and was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, very secure hotel. Mr Mohammed at the reception made sure our stay was a memorable one. We thank each and everyone working in the hotel. We also loved the link corridor between the hotel and the Gulan Mall. We will be back for sure.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always willing to help. We really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, as well as the thoughtful sweet treats and fresh fruit delivered to our room. Housekeeping was excellent every day, and overall, we were very satisfied with the apartment and our stay during our business trip. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and I especially loved the heated floors — such a nice feature, particularly considering how much tile there is throughout the apartment. The breakfast was good, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and the apartment itself was spacious, with plenty of room and lots of storage space. Another big plus was the excellent water pressure in the shower. There were a few minor issues and imperfections that became noticeable during the stay, but overall, I would still say this is probably the best hotel option available in the city. Considering all the positives, I’m happy to overlook these small shortcomings and would still recommend this hotel.

There were a few things that could be improved. First, although the water pressure in the shower was excellent, the temperature control was quite frustrating. It was almost impossible to get a stable warm temperature. When setting the rainfall shower to a comfortable middle temperature, the water would start warm, then suddenly turn cold and then hot. This cycle kept repeating. Second, the lighting system in the apartment is quite complicated and seems to be connected to a smart-home system. At one point it malfunctioned, and at around 6 a.m., while all the lights were switched off, one of the lights in the room suddenly turned on by itself and simply would not switch off. No matter what we tried, we couldn’t turn it off, which disturbed our sleep and made it impossible to continue sleeping comfortably. We contacted the hotel later that day, and to their credit, they responded quickly and sent a technician who fixed the issue. Finally, there was a rather strange and persistent smell throughout the apartment, somewhat similar to cigarette smoke, even though we had specifically requested a non-smoking room. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was definitely noticeable and slightly unpleasant.
