Had a good indoor and outdoor pools plus steam room and other facilities

Nice clean hotel, good pool and spa, gym, good food
I booked 7 nights. On the 4th day of my stay I announced them I could only stay 6 nights. At departure they would not refund me for the last day. Although I had told them well ahead. I even modified the departure time on booking.com, via call center. They could (and may even) have double booked the room to someone else for the last day, which I paid for. Still they would not refund me.
Very disappointing. Don't pay in advance for the entire duration at Doubletree by Hilton. If you plans change or an emergency occurs, you might not get a refund. @Paris Hilton, have an extra cocktail, it's on me.
