Great stay, highly recommend!

Very clean and conveniently located near restaurants and little shops. The owners are superfriendly and there is aircon!

De beste prijs/kwaliteit op little corn island!

Alles! Nette kamers, heerlijk ontbijt en vooral de vriendelijkheid van de eigenaars. Ik werd de laatste dag van ons verblijf ziek door voedselvergiftiging (niet van het ontbijt, van het eten van een andere zaak op het eiland) en ze deden er werkelijk alles aan om mij zo comfortabel mogelijk te laten voelen. Ze brachten me wat extra fruit, iets tegen de misselijkheid en lieten hun generator draaien zodat ik in de kamer met airco kon rusten. Fantastisch!

Great stay

Very nice place near Pier where boats from big corn arrive. Good breakfast, several options. Room was clean, bed comfortable, possibility to hang your wet clothes outside. Wonderful green garden and staff so helpful. Restaurants nearby.

super tolle Lage! schöner gemütlicher Garten zum entspannen. liegt direkt beim Ankunftsplatz - sie macht die besten Zimtrollen :D Tolles Zimmer - waren sehr zufrieden würde ich wieder buchen.

Fantastisch! Echt een aanrader.

De eigenaren zijn ontzettend aardig en ik voelde me gelijk thuis. Daarnaast hangt er een mega chille sfeer en zijn de kamers top! Ook is het centraal gelegen, binnen 5 minuten ben je in het 'centrum'.

Comfy place in great location

Hotel is located close to the main "strip" on Little Corn. Nice room, with air condition - which was a blessing on this side of the island where there is very little breeze. Great for the price I paid.

Had some problems with the shower in my room, but the owners were quick to try and fix it. It's not on the beach, but doesn't really matter cause there are so many nice spots close by and around the island where you can chill out.

Location is brilliant - close to the village and panga dock Staff very friendly Rooms very comfortable and exceptionally clean Gardens were gorgeous - perfect place to chill out in a hammock

Wonderful stay at Little Corn Island, nice, clean and quiet

Location was perfect, close to the port (1-2 minutes away and most of the islands restaurants. The local family who own and run the hotel were very kind and friendly, had some nice conversations. Quiet location (island is generally quiet, minus a few louder restaurants far enough away). Our room was immaculate clean as they have higher standards here than most hotels we’ve stayed at in Nicaragua. The air conditioning in our room was nice to have. Hammocks in the shade were great. Yard is very well maintained and manicured. We felt safe staying here. They also stored our bags for us after check out while we killed time before our Panga ride back to Corn Island. Nice hotel, kind people there. We’d stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Superb

Great location, big and spacious rooms, we would definitely stay here again!! Also someone came to meet us at the port to take our bags.

The electricity turns off between 6am-1pm - but this isn’t a huge issue if you’ve had the AC on during the night and it didn’t wake us up before 7.30/8am every morning.

Exceptional

As well as the great room, fastidiously cleaned every day, there was - a pool table, an outside shower available to remove sand before going back to the room, hammocks in the lovely garden, and very friendly helpful staff.

Friendliest hosts I've met so far :) Very good hotel rooms!

Louise and Caesar are the best people, so nice and friendly. They really made this hotel special! The rooms are very clean and very well equipped for the price. I had a really nice trip to little corn island and I wouldn't wanna be staying elsewhere if I went again.

Simple and central room

Very central location, only a few minutes walk from the pier, restaurants, shops.

Wifi was only available in the common area. a would have been convenient to get connection also in the rooms but we were told this will be the case very soon.

I agree with the other reviewers that Caesar offers one of the best values on the island. This is a very good choice fo

Caesar was a joyful presence from greeting me as I checked in, hands on or supervising all aspects of operations, checking on me and all of his guests and responding to every request in real time. The property isn’t merely clean but well maintained and closely supervised.

Images and description are accurate. There were no surprises or disappointments. Island generator is turned off daily 6:30 am - 1:00 pm. This is clearly communicated. The hotel’s convenient location makes it easy to grab morning coffee or breakfast when power stops.

Exceptional

Perfect place in little corn with very comfortable and clean rooms. They have a big garden area with very comfortable hammocks as well as a big room with billiard. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Our room got cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. The location is perfect - right next to the pier, beach and restaurants.

this hotel is amazing!! location is 1 min walk from all the best restaurants, next to a swimming beach, they cleaned our room every single day! air con was amazing and very rare on the island, and there’s even a pool table room upstairs. can’t recommend enough! best hotel on little corn!

Superb

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, especially for that price. The staff is super helpful, they really take time for you. We had to leave one night earlier than expected due to a hurricane, and the lady of the hotel got up with us to give us a refund for the one night. We didn't even ask for it! We can't reccommend this hotel enough!

Lovely experience!

My room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. The beach and pier are about 2 minutes walking. Louise was very kind and advised us on the places on the island that we could visit, I really hope to come back soon to disconnect from the busy world again and sunshine will definitely be my first choice to stay plus the prices are very affordable
