It was a great area, beautiful sitting on the verandah with our morning coffee. We had 3 couples and there was plenty of room.
The stairs!! You have to lug everything down a big flight of stairs then you have to lug it all up to the bedrooms once you are in the villa.
The door under the sink is broken and it is where the bin is. This has previously been mentioned in other reviews

Nice and clean.

We had my 81 yr old mother with us.. nowhere in the description was it mentioned the amount of stairs we had to go down to get to the property. There were also 2 flights to get to the bedrooms.. on the last day she fell down them. On arrival there were cobwebs on the front door, & the toilet downstairs was filthy. All the girls had their shoes off to get ready for my son’s wedding & our feet were absolutely black, meaning the floors were not cleaned in a very long time. I emailed about all these things & booking.com said they could get the cleaners back.. we had guest arriving so we all had to clean the place. I asked when we could check out the night before, we were told 10am, so no late check out.. we checked out at 9 am, but were sent an email saying 12pm at 8.30 that morning.. a little late to know about a late check out!! Would I book this particular villa again? Absolutely not.. I would book Cypress lakes but I would make sure it wasn’t so far back with that amount of stairs to carry a house full of food & items for a wedding..
The beds were comfortable. That’s the only compliment I can happily give.
I am disappointed that the location of where it was in the resort wasn’t a detailed description for my elderly mother who walks with difficulty. She slept on the lounge downstairs for 3 out of the 4 nights due to her fall which meant no shower was available as there is only a toilet downstairs. A wobbly shelf also fell on my sisters foot in the lounge room when she put some food on it.
