* Spacious house for a family of 5.
* Everything is clean and well-maintained.
* Air conditioning: 1 downstairs, 1 upstairs.
* 2 bathrooms and a washing machine (the bathroom with a shower is downstairs only).
* Comfortable living room and kitchen.
* Second-floor balcony (with a slight view of the sea!).
* A wonderful terrace and a green courtyard with beautiful plants.
* Outdoor grill/oven for cooking, fully stocked with firewood and everything needed to maintain it.
* Private parking inside the courtyard, right in front of the house.
* Location: A 10-minute drive toward Poreč, there are as many as 4 supermarkets and a shopping center.
* Hosts: The owners (who live next door) tidy up the courtyard from fallen leaves and water the plants while you are out.
* Great value for the price.
Minor notes (these were tiny for us and in no way ruined our stay):
* It’s a bit inconvenient that you first have to go to the agency in Poreč to sign the paperwork, and only then head to the house for the keys.
* It would be nice to have a bit more local info/recommendations from the hosts—things like kids' activities, beaches, restaurants, museums, etc. (Not a big deal since the internet is always there, but still).
* The house smelled slightly of cigarette smoke upon arrival, but it cleared out after a day.
* One of the 4 stove burners wasn’t working.
* There were only 4 chairs in the living room/dining area, even though there were 5 of us.
* The courtyard terrace shares a fence with the neighbor's terrace. You can't see them thanks to a green hedge, and it wasn't an issue since the neighbors were great, but you won't be 100% isolated (though this could also be a plus for some).
* There is not much to do and nowhere really to walk in the village itself where the house is located (though we weren't looking for that anyway).
* There are very few restaurants in the village and nearby, and they are all super crowded in August (though if you book in advance, it shouldn't be a problem).
All in all, we had a fantastic time in this lovely house. Sun, sea, and all the amenities at a fair price. Thank you, Marinela!

Lots of space and amazing hosts

Perfect location for families, we were visiting after a long European trip and it was just what we needed. A couple of minutes ride to the store, beach, restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet. The owners live in the next building, but respect your privacy, We'll have a drink next time, cause we will be back - wine was wonderful :)
There is air-conditioning in both floors, garden has enough shade, well equipped kitchen, a lot of closet space, clean and neat :) What esle? It was all great :)
The bed in the master bedroom was just a bit on the soft side, but still good :) Some like it comfy :)
