The apartment feels more like a small house, with its own private garden, terrace, and a private parking space behind a secure gate. The location is wonderful, with a quiet beach just around 200 metres away.
The property is compact but has all the basic amenities you need, and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. We were a family of five, so one of our teenagers had to sleep on the pull-out sofa in the living room, but this was manageable for us.
The property is a little outside Budoni town centre, so having a car is recommended to get around easily.
The property is professionally managed, and the reception team, especially Ms. Silvia and Mr. Fabrizio, were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to this region.
No dishwasher. Outside water connection to wash away the sand from beach visits would be nice.

La posizione della casa vicinissima al mare e poco distante dal paese. Parcheggio davanti casa.
La cucina è poco attrezzata: di solito nelle case vacanza si trova il necessario per poter preparare dei pasti come un pó di olio e sale. Qua era completamente assente. Mancava anche l'asciugacapelli e l'aria condizionata nelle camere

"Nothing to complain. Very nice and spacious appartmant, privacy, car in shade in fenced yard... Perfect even for dog and children. Beach is very close, nice 5 min. walk thru pine forest."
