Un studio răcoros aproape de intrarea la ștrand, practic este pe lateralul Hotelului Silver. Un magazin Coop este la câțiva metri de cazare de unde am putut cumpăra apă și câteva gustări. Am putut parca in curte și asta ne-a fost de folos. Per total, nu a fost o experiență rea, însă nu am primit ce am rezervat.
Se pare a fost overbooking și nu am primit apartamentul pe care l-am achitat. Am primit un studio cu o baie (duș și chiuveta) cu un duș improvizat iar la fiecare folosire a dușului efectiv umpleam baia de apă. Lângă baie se afla o toaletă foarte mica (un vas de toaletă) cu uși culisante. Nivelul de conversație a managerului/ proprietarului în limba engleză a fost mai redus astfel ca au fost câteva dificultăți în a conversa telefonic.

We were excited with the hostess Marta, who showed so much attention and care that our stay in the apartment was very comfortable. The room itself was spacious, all the furniture was new, the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The terrace is large, with a table, chairs and a clothes dryer. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. Parking in the yard was convenient. The distance to Hungarospa is only 10-12 minutes, the road goes along the most beautiful street of Hajduszoboszló. Thank you Marta for your hospitality and positivity!

Czysty, ładny pokój z łazienką, wygodne łóżko, bardzo spokojna okolica, blisko centrum. Klimatyzacja bez zarzutu.
W powodu overbookingu otrzymaliśmy pokój o innym standardzie (brak aneksu kuchennego). Właściciel wiedział, że przyjedziemy ok 23.00. Zgodnie z instrukcją klucz miał czekać w skrzynce, ta jednak była pusta i nie mogliśmy nawet wejść za bramę. Przez pół godziny dzwoniliśmy, pisaliśmy sms-y i maila - bez żadnego skutku. Po 17 godzinach podróży było to bardzo stresujące. Dostaliśmy się do środka tylko przypadkiem, dzięki innym gościom, którzy akurat wracali z miasta. Właściciel odezwał się sms-em dopiero rano, pytając tylko, czy dostaliśmy się do obiektu. Żadnych przeprosin i wyjaśnień.
Przy systemie samodzielnego zameldowania i trzech różnych kodach wejściowych absolutnie powinien być zapewniony kontakt awaryjny 24/7 z kimkolwiek z personelu. Poczuliśmy się całkowicie zlekceważeni. Tym faktem jesteśmy oburzeni. Właściciele powinni przemyśleć swoje zachowanie i swoją niefrasobliwość.
Ponadto nie powinni dopuszczać do overbookingu, co miało miejsce w naszym przypadku.
