Sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolles APPARTEMENT und tolles, reichliches Frühstück..konnten es im Garten genießen! Super sauber, Hand- und Badetücher vorhanden, wurden auch öfter gewechselt.

Tolle Lage, tolles Frühstück, außergewöhnlich nette Bewirtung. Appartment ist neu (2023) renoviert, wird von Familie betrieben und hat eine sehr strandnahe Lage…ein paar Minuten zu Fuß den Stiegen entlang zum Strand. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen. Jammern auf hohem Niveau 😉: es gibt keine feste Duschtür sondern einen Duschvorhang (der war jedoch sehr sauber), Fernseher ohne Netflix

Location was amazing, 2 min walk down a staircase to Icici beach, free parking on site made it easy to explore the area. We received a sea room upgrade to construction happening next door, which was a lovely surprise. Spacious clean and light filled rooms, lovely host who was happy to help when required, and provided great recommendations. Great spot for our Opatija Riviera stay.

The Villa Beller is a nice apartment, however a renovation would be required. The location is good, it is close to the beach and the center, there is a nice view from the balcony (from the 2nd floor at least). The building has a small garden and a kitchen.
The inside of the apartment should be renovated as the wall are dirty and shabby somewhere. Many ants showed up from the first day in the kitchen, covering our foods, especially breads, and that was very annoying. The furnitures are very old and old-fashioned, but practical.
