Ottima posizione per lo scopo del soggiorno, il torneo di KungFu. Vicinissima alla palestra, al bar per la colazione, al ristorante per la cena, e ad un supermercato...insomma centralissima per dove dovevamo andare noi. Personale gentile ed è venuto incontro alle richieste, necessità e imprevisti dell'ultimo minuto. Ottima fornitura di asciugamani e prodotti per l'igiene. Se capiterà nuovamente un soggiorno a Ladispoli prenderò sicuramente in considerazione il soggiorno presso questa struttura.
Qualche problemino di manutenzione ordinaria (zanzariere e scarico doccia) ma nulla che compromettesse il soggiorno. Quindi solo un consiglio di controllarli.
