A peaceful home by the sea in Calabria, perfect for couples and families looking for a relaxed Italian escape.
The apartment is located in Residence La Giungla in Falerna, around 12 km from Lamezia Terme International Airport and approximately 900 metres from the beach.
The apartment has two bedrooms — one double bedroom and one twin bedroom — as well as a living room with a sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bidet, washing machine and air conditioning.
One of our favourite parts of the apartment is the large balcony with views towards the Tyrrhenian Sea — a lovely place for breakfast, an evening drink or simply slowing down after a day at the beach.
Guests can also enjoy the residence’s shared seasonal outdoor swimming pool and tennis court, as well as free parking within the residence.
Falerna is a convenient base for discovering Calabria. Pizzo, Tropea, Capo Vaticano, Scilla and Chianalea can all be reached by car, while the surrounding coastline offers beaches, small towns and beautiful views of southern Italy.
This is not a luxury resort, but a simple, comfortable and peaceful place where you can enjoy the sea, the slower rhythm of Calabria and the feeling of having a home away from home.
