With sleeping for 12, this immaculate home features a lake side main floor master bedroom with king bed, smart TV, dual closets and in suite bathroom with whirlpool tub, shower, and dual sinks. On the second floor is one bedroom with king bed, smart TV, and large closet. Another bedroom includes (2) double beds and smart TV. There is a full bath upstairs that services these bedrooms. Also on the second floor is a large loft bedroom that features (2) king beds, smart TV, and in suite full bath. The main floor living room features a gas fireplace and smart TV and amazing view of the patio and lake. Access the patio and fire pit area from the living room or kitchen. The dining room table has seating for 8. The kitchen island has bar height seating for 3 and there’s a breakfast table in the kitchen that seats 2. The large kitchen island has lots of space for prep or meal service and also features a Viking gas range with griddle. The kitchen is fully appointed. In the chain of lakes (Bellaire, Clam, Torch, Skegemog, and Elk) is some of the most incredible fishing in Michigan, known for monster small mouth bass, northern pike, muskie, and white fish, and virtually all Michigan fish species. Fall colors are absolutely stunning. In the winter there’s ice fishing, snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. There is no shortage of fun things to do in this area! From our dock you are 2-3 minutes by boat to Dockside Restaurant, Butch’s Marina, and Torch Lake (and beyond into Lake Skegemog, Elk Lake, and Traverse Bay). Going the opposite direction, boaters will also enjoy the 10 minute boat ride to the mouth of the Grass River. A 30 minute ride up the Grass River takes you into Lake Bellaire. From there, you can travel up the Intermediate River and right into the town of Bellaire.
