The location is excellent as it is near Monserrate and a college facility. Generally a safe area to stay for a visitor. The staff speaks Spanish and in general try to help. Again the staff is the best part of the stay very helpful as much as within their collective power to right issues and if you need to know something about getting around. Security also is very good. They have a gym that is excellent, as well as a rooftop that has a great view all around. There is an auto service laundromat as well as many store to eat within 5 min walking distance. The Plaza Bolívar is also very close. It’s a great location. It’s also very clean and your neighbors in the bldg are nice young people and working professionals. There is a pool table and if you are working you will Have access to internet and well as a floor with several offices as workspace if needed. I believe is below in the basement and there is laundry Down below as well but you have to use an app for access. If you have any issues be polite and the staff will do their best to help you as much as they can within their power.
I didn’t like and to be honest if you reserve something for a price and they confirm it then that is exactly what you expect. When I arrived I was told because I was a single person I would receive a single room, which would fine, but I reserved a double according to the reservation and information they supplied. I received no notice this was going to happen and I already paid for what you confirmed. The stove didn’t work, but they fixed it and make sure you have an iron because the room didn’t have one and they resolved that after a couple of tries. That’s why I say the staff is doing the best they can.

lL'appartamento e' spazioso ed in generale confortevole , molto comoda la posizione, con le cose importanti da visitare e servizi a portata di piedi. Struttura sicura e controllata. In generale ottima sistemazione anche per soggiorni lunghi , silenziosa ,la cucina in generale e' attrezzata. Si tratta di una struttura che per lo più ospita studenti, offre spazi comuni
Piccoli miglioramenti che renderebbero ancora migliore il soggiorno.
Il divano era veramente scomodo, non c'e' il phon e la struttura non lo mette disposizione. alcuni accessori mancano in cucina e le pentole non erano adatte per le piastre ad induzione e c'era solo 1 adattatore .

Muy céntrico, el lugar era muy amplio, prácticamente era un departamento de 3 recámaras cada uno con baño privado. Nos permitieron hacer check inn a las 8 de la mañana sin costo alguno!
La zona es demasiado oscura por la noche.
