Beautiful location, friendly staff, smart accommodation
We had trouble getting the temperature down in the room. There was air conditioning but it wasn’t very powerful against the high temperatures outside

The rooms were nice. The staff are very nice. Parking is convenient. The Michelin star restaurant is amazing.
The sauna and steam room are not working. The hot tub does not get hot. There is no phone in the room. The ac is just ok. There are no streaming channels on the tv.

Great location in a lovely town. Excellent service from the staff.
The restaurants are both upscale gastronomy outlets and FdL appears to be exist as a culinary and spar destination. We'd not realised this and expected simply a good 4/5 star hotel. Both restaurants are upscale and there's no alternative besides room service which was extremely poor quality (odd given the gastronomy focus)
We would expect a bath in a 4+ star hotel, however the shower facility was very good. Note that the spa closes at 8pm.
