The hotel is clean and tidy, and the location is excellent. The reception service was excellent; they helped me resolve issues on multiple occasions—especially John.

Wifi.
Pillows were extremely bad!
Bed mattresses were also very uncomfortable!
Water pressure was very low in such a way that shower was not working well.. and also water was leaking from the shower cabine,
Location is very far from city center.. yes, it is well known that Tashkent is very big city and there are several centers but that one was far from anything else..
Small room, blinded window..
Electric sockets were in the middle of bed top right after pillows..
