Two very positive things about this apartment was the outstanding view and the very comfortable pool area. Watching the sunrise and set over Old Town and the harbor was breathtaking and we chose to eat some meals on our balcony because of that.
For some reason we were upgraded to a suite with a tiny kitchen area. This was helpful because we had things to store in the refrigerator. This was a place that grew on us. At first glance, the odd shaped space was distracting but it turned out to be quite spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a but cramped but everything worked very well, including the shower. It was one of the few places we stayed that offered toiletries. Beds were comfortable and the linens and towels the best of any place we stayed at.
A parking space was provided, which was a lifesaver in Budva.
The location was great in that it was on the correct side of town to access Old Town and Mogren beach, but as mentioned below, that did not make either easy to reach.
Checking in could have been better. There was no one at the front desk upon arrival and we ran into our first language barrier with a man (somehow affiliated with the place) who was trying to help us but spoke no English. Please note that some of this was our fault because we did not give them the phone number of our phone that had the sim card and so we could receive their messages. (All travelers should note that without a sim card, you will not be able to communicate nor access maps. Make sure you buy one and make sure the places you are staying have that phone number.)
The gorgeous view came with a price. As the crow flies, Old Town and Mogren Beach were minutes away. But because of the height of the location, getting to either by foot meant traveling further than one would expect through an odd series of side streets and then a hefty climb later upon returning.
This is not a criticism of this location as we noticed it throughout our trip but simply a heads up for travellers coming from North America and Western Europe: Montenegrin apartment aesthetics can be different than what one normally anticipates in other European countries.

The view was absolutely incredible - just breathtaking!
A beautifully comfortable & clean apartment which was just a short walk from the old town, beach, harbour & shops. Very friendly & helpful staff too!

Location was great and the views from the pool were amazing! Really accommodative hosts.
Passports were taken from us on arrival instead of just a scan which made us feel a little uncomfortable. Better communication regarding this would have been great.

Great view and very nice crew that was trying their best to acommodate us.
It was our most expensive accomodation during two weeks in Montenegro and it was quite dissapointing. Missing or not working equipment in the rooms (hair dryer or AC), no privacy on balconies so you had to integrate with neighbours, no iron and ironing board in the room. Room was very very small.
