Siesta Key Dreams 2BR (321) - Beach, Shopping, Dining, Entertainment! 100 steps to Beach and Village! This is the Siesta Dreams 2BR/2Bath, a Gertrude Rentals property! Leave the car behind! Perfectly located steps to the best beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment on Siesta Key. Free parking, Al-fresco dining and grilling, but just 90 steps to the Access 7, Siesta s Top Beach. Sure to provide a combination of fun and relaxation you cant get in other getaways. The Location - This will be just like vacations are supposed to be. It s just a one-block walk to all the best of the Siesta Village - fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even gourmet donuts. The beaches here are the widest on the island, have panoramic views of the gulf to the North-West-and-South, and are the top spot in North America for viewing sunsets. The water is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can swim or wade to Sand Dollar Island, a naturally occurring white sand cay popular with dolphin s sand-dollars and giant-conch. This is the only spot on Siesta where you can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes. Bear Gear - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings. We provide beach towels and beach chairs at every location, umbrellas and carts at most locations, and do not provide snorkeling gear at any locations. Sorry for the confusion. Snorkeling gear can be rented or purchased nearby. Support Post Booking - I understand vacation time is precious and my job is to make sure you get the most out of it. My number is the only contact information you need. My units are already at the top attractions on the island. Cars are never required, but if you have one you get a private parking space. Check-in any day of the week at any time using your private door-code. No requirement ever at checkout. Free early/late check-in/check-out, whenever possible. Never hidden fees or solicitations of any kind. No paper contracts and easy booking. ll phone you to touch base after booking and the week vacation starts. Five days before arrival I ll email instructions including your door-code address and guidebook. One day prior to arrival I ll send you a email with all the same information. When you book with me you get a fully accessible and knowledgeable owner/host and reliable advice from a G-approved local expert. I can recommend the best spot for fishing or fresh fish, Michigan or Ohio State games, romantic-dinners marriage-proposals or singles, Eco-tourism, family friendly activities, or safe ways to lose your kids when you need a break. For the less extroverted, every booking comes with an unabashed guidebook detailing the property, all my favorite things to do in the area, and never any advertisements or solicitations. This is the only rental offering of its kind on the key. Events - Many of our properties are wonderful locations for gatherings. Gatherings involving third party vendors or visitors outside your occupancy limit be permitted, but only with prior authorization. Event fees will apply including location fees of between $1000 and $3000 and guest fees of $19 per person in excess of your occupancy limit. Out of consideration for all our travelers, hosting an event requires booking every unit at your property location. Terms - Payments are 50% refundable when canceled at least 60 days before arrival. Payments are not refundable when canceled less than 60 days before arrival. Events or gatherings involving outside guests are only allowed with prior approval from the management. Guest agrees to hold the Property Manager and Owner harmless from any liability for injuries while on vacation. *If you prefer insured bookings, we recommend providers Generali and Rental Guardian for Trip-Protection coverage.

Overall, it was a good stay, but the pictures are deceiving. The property is old and outdated. I thought it would be a walk on directly to the beach from property. 100 steps was misleading.
Enjoyed our short walk to the Village.

Fantastic location. 5 minute walk (at most) to beach and to village. Comfortable bed. Kitchen/TV room to stretch out a bit and Daniel was very responsive/communicative. The units are getting a little old, but you you're not there to hang out all day - you're there to be at the beach and/or in the village. For that, this place was fantastic and absolutely a great value.

Overall, Our stay at this siesta condo was good. 5 stars for sure for the location! Super close to the beach, restaurants, shops, market, literally everything! Communication was great as well. The emails I got explaining everything was very informative. There was a nice lady, (can’t remember her name) who asked if we needed anything and got us some more paper towels and tp. She was really sweet. There were only a few things that we didn’t care for, such as the cleanliness of the condo. There was still coffee sitting at the bottom of the coffee pot, the bathrooms weren’t super clean, some dishes were still dirty from the previous tenants as well. The couple next door were pretty loud all night long, keeping us up. We Didn’t want to complain and make a big fuss with it being our first time to siesta key, so we made the best of it. I think the condos need to be double checked and made sure that they’re clean before the next guests arrive. We fell in love with Siesta Key, and we are definitely coming back next year. I’d say we’d come back to stay at this condo again, simply because of its location. :)

This really is the perfect location. We didn't rent a car, just walked everywhere we needed. The one bed is actually a king, even though the listing said 2 queens, so that was nice! The place was nice and clean and comfy. The kitchen and large table is so nice to have and we appreciated the waters and little snacks on arrival. They also left a bottle of wine.
My only complaint is that the residents above do open and shut their sliding door a LOT day and night and it's loud, but we brought noise machines for sleeping and that helped! I hate to even complain about that - more of just a recommendation for future guests to bring some sort of sound machine for sleeping, especially in the master bedroom.
Check in and out was a breeze, didn't really have to do anything. Plenty of beach towels, bath towels, etc. Overall great stay - thanks so much!

The condo is lovely. We rented a two bedroom and two bath and they was plenty of room for four adults. It is conveniently located in the hub of downtown siesta key. You can easily walk to all the restaurants and bars. Just a short walk to the beach and the beach was absolutely amazing. The property manager was very kind and made checking in a breeze. Would highly recommend this property.

This second floor unit gave me a code 3 minutes before 3:00 o’clock, my truck did not fit into the parking spot. Very small compared to the pictures. Both nights we had to go outside and ask people to stop screaming. It is across the street from the beach and at least 1/2 mile to the water, not “100 steps”. I spent $911.00 for 35 hours in the rental. Very disappointed. I own rental properties in cape hatteras, NC and they really need to update the description of this rental in my opinion.

Our family of (6) recently stayed at the “Dreams” unit. We found the rental just what we were looking for! Clean and fully stocked with whatever was needed in a perfect location directly across from beach access and walkable to all the shops, restaurants and village. Owner was very responsive when we arrived early and accommodate us to the best of their ability. Overall a great stay!!

Upon entering the unit we were confronted with a moldy, basement like smell. We did ask for the AC filter to be changed and while the email response time was great, I'm not sure if anyone actually did that. One bedroom shade was left down all week, and when we put it up as we were packing to leave it appeared that the window itself was covered in mold. Can't believe we breathed that for 4 nights! One bed, listed as a queen was a king so that was a nice surprise. Bathroom toilet off of that bedroom is slow to fill which caused some problems that we dealt with by leaving the top of the tank off so that you could check to see if it was safe to use the toilet and be able to flush. Upon leaving we put some fruit in the disposal and a black sludge came up. Upstairs neighbors are smokers and every time they use their slider door to go out you can hear it quite loudly. Definitely not a 5 star accommodation, but you can't beat the proximity to the beach and town.

The place is located steps from the village and a 5 min walk to beach. It’s bright clean airy . Seriously the most comfortable me beds I have ever slept on. The housekeeper is lovely and so very helpful. Would stay again !

The house was clean and they had a complimentary basket of essentials. Which was nice since our flight got in late and we had not been to the store yet. The location is a short walking distance to both the beautiful clear water and siesta key strip. There was good options for places to eat or get a drink. We did venture out a few times to eat, I highly recommend a breakfast place called Millies. You really don't need much this place provided everything that we need plus more.

This rental was absolutely PERFECT. First of all the location was more than ideal. A block from the town and right across from the beach that we could even run back and use the restroom while sitting on the beach. On top of that there were chairs and umbrellas and coming from out of town that was exactly what we needed and wanted! The place was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable too! The only down side is if there is someone staying above you, you can here every foot step when they walk or run so especially early in the morning or late at night that can be not as ideal but we didn't mind!

Great place! Location was amazing. Walk across the street and you have access to the best beach in the nation. Less then a 5 minute walk to all the shops/restaurants/coffee houses and other activities on the main street of Siesta Key. The unit was very clean and spacious. My sister and I surprised our Mother with this trip for her 60th birthday. The three of us had an incredible time! It was perfect in so many ways. From the unit, to the beaches, to the shops and restaurants and best
EVERYTHING was walking distance. We would have our morning coffee on the adorable little patio, plenty of space for all our belongings and plenty of space with three women trying to get ready for the day- lol 😊 It did rain one day so we were inside watching movies but the unit was so cozy and clean you felt like you were at your own home for a movie day. We walked to Siesta Key Village (one block away) daily for shopping and eating. We highly recommend eating and drinking at Daiquiri Deck, Gilligan’s, and Ripfire Pizza. There also is a free trolley that picks up and drops off every 20minutes right by the grocery store in Siesta Village. It is about a 30 minute round trip trolley ride all the way down to Turtle Island and you can get off at any of the towns in between to explore. We did take an Uber ($18 ride) one day to St Armand’s Circle in Sarasota to do some additional shopping and eating. That is a wonderful area as well.
Overall this place was above and beyond our expectations! Easy 5 Star rating all around and we will be coming back and doing it all again in the future. Thanks for making everything so enjoyable and perfect, Dan!!!

We stayed in the two bedroom Siesta Dreams for two nights and the Coconuts for a couple of nights. They both were great, Siesta Dreams is closer in town and much more plush. It was a short walk to the beach and to downtown. If you like more nature and a good little fishing spot then check out the Coconuts rental, there is a trolley that can take you into downtown from there. They both were in beautiful locations, we definitely will be staying again.
