Back inside, visiting chefs will feel right at home in the well-equipped, full kitchen, while meals can be enjoyed at the adjacent table or outside on the patio. With two living areas with streaming-capable TVs, everyone can spread out and watch their favorite shows and movies, while a space near the front doors includes two desks and chairs - perfect for laptops! THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We came for a friends wedding and this was a great spot for us and our friends to stay! Although when we showed up the pool was pretty dirty, and after contacting the host no one answered or came to clean it. Other than that our stay was wonderful and the house was perfect for us!

This is a lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well furnished, the outdoor and indoor gathering spaces are great. We’ll be back!

Great location, super quiet, really comfortable. Only hiccup was code given to us for the lock box was not correct. Once we got the correct code and access to the house everything was excellent!!
