Nearby attractions include Whiskey Creek Country Club just blocks away. Ft. Myers is a golfers paradise with over 20 golf courses within 17 miles. Spring Training home to the Minnesota Twins (6 mi.) and the Boston Red Sox (10 mi.). Just 11 miles to Ft. Myers Beach attractions and fishing tours. 10 minutes to downtown Ft. Myers restaurants and malls. Edison Mall and Bell Towers are within 4 miles for premier dining and fashion and the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall just 2 miles away. SW FL airport (13 mi.) This villa is very centrally located for all of your needs. Relax in this spacious Villa with 2BR 2BA and a 2 car attached garage. Open floor plan with lots of space and storage. Large eat-in kitchen breakfast bar (seats 4) or table (seats 4). Formal Dining room with easy access to kitchen for entertaining guests (seats 6). Out the back door is the community heated large lap pool 3 to 8 ft. deep. Showers and restrooms at the pool with lounging chairs and a covered with 5 tables to entertain. This is a lovely area with lush green grass and landscaped with beautiful tropical native plants and trees. At night - come relax in central air conditioning in a very large living room. The attached Florida Room has been converted into added living space adjacent to the living room. 2 leather couches fold out into queen sized beds with top quality mattresses for those extra visitors. A large flat screen Smart TV, WiFi and DVD player await. Then end the evenings with a great night's sleep in one of the 2 beautiful bedrooms. Both BR's have high quality mattresses and linens. Master Suite has a King sized bed with large closets seating area and an attached private bath. The 2nd BR has a Queen sized bed very spacious closet and plenty of drawer space. Both BR's are equipped with ceiling fans and Smart TV's. There is a laundry room fully equipped with washer & dryer utility tub ironing board and upscale iron-and don't forget the starch. Also a built in desk fully stocked for any purpose needed. In the mornings enjoy your coffee or morning beverage in the front shaded screened in entry with comfy seating. Love the Beach? We have everything you need. Beach chairs (light weight) umbrella and a cooler with wheels. Just bring your favorite sunscreen. Beach towels provided. We thought of everything from top of the line items throughout your stay from the kitchen to entertaining. Giant TV's and high quality bath towels. Come stay and enjoy - we thought of you. We stayed for 3 months in the winter. House was a little busy, too much furniture. We made it work. The common heated-pool was fantastic. Owner supplied just about everything. Very responsive to issues. Very comfortable beds. We highly recommend it.

The property served my purpose...I stayed for 6 weeks. It was a little noisier than expected, due to its proximity to Summerlin Road, and being on the flight path of a small, local, municipal airport.

The Villa was comfortable and located close to everything. We were delighted to have the pool so close to our backyard. It was the perfect place for.us!
