Sleeps 15 people with 10 beds with 2 large master bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Large living room and kitchen for the whole group. A/C throughout 10 minutes to Gooch’s beach and downtown Kennebunkport. Minutes to nail spa, and grocery store. 2 guest beach parking passes for Kennebunk. Pass doesn’t guarantee parking. 1 bath towel and one set of linens per guest No shower toiletries. Great for mellow vacation but not setup for events or parties. We would like to respect the quiet family neighborhood.

Disclaimer: We are sharing our recent experience. Everyone's experience is not the same; and this was our worst experience with a rental. The photographs on the website depicted a beautiful unit, but we discovered it was quite different in person. Safety: They knowingly rented the unit with a broken lock. The owner confirmed that the lock was broken and suggested that we secure the door by placing two "wooden poles" in the door tracks to keep the door from opening! Concerned about our safety, in addition to the overall condition and misrepresentation of the unit, we made the decision to leave and find more suitable and secure accommodations. Amenities: It was indicated that we would have access to a washer and dryer. They were located in the basement which we discovered was partially flooded and smelled of mold/mildew. Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the entire kitchen including the dishes were dirty and we had to clean and sanitize them before using. Conversations with the homeowner in an effort to amicably address our concerns proved to be unnecessarily challenging and futile. We share our experience with the hope it will help others to make informed decisions in finding safe and suitable rental accommodations.

This is our third year staying here- we are 3 adult siblings bringing our spouses, children and our parents! Home is perfect to each have our very own private space with lots is communal space as well. Short drive to great food and beaches! property owner is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We overall loved the location! The price was good, the bedrooms were spacious and it was overall a great house! We loved the big living room. He had great communication and came over when we needed him to. The neighbors are my only warning. Ahead to the signs with parking. There was a miscommunication (our fault) about parking with a chef we had hired. The neighbors were nasty, but the owner was really great at coming over and checking on the situation. I would stay in one of his properties again for sure. My only feedback would be to have more toilet paper for the amount of people. Would recommend!!

Great for large families!

Great for large families!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is stocked with just about everything. The grill came in handy, as well as, the yard games. Nice family bonding experience. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Host was very accommodating and quick with communication.
