The apartament looks exactly like the pictures provided on Booking.
It is very well located, within 5-7 minutes walking distance from the port, on a straight road.
I loved the fact that is very spacious, newly refurbished and it has a washing machine and a space to dry the clothes outside.
I loved the bathroom, it’s really spacious and it has a big window.
I found everything very clean and comfortable.
It’s is surrounded by coffee shops, pharmacy, supermarket and everything you might need.
There is also a bus stop across the street that goes to the Aragon Castle, or you can walk on a straight road up to the castle within 25 minutes.
Walking distance to the beach and the town. There is a long street with shops and restaurants, pedestrian only at night.
Mario doesn’t speak English, but he is very kind and there is very easy to understand each other with a little Italian, or just use the translator.
He even gave me a lift with his car, on the day of my arrival, as my app didn’t work for Ischia.
It is true that there is a connecting door to the flat number 1, maybe I was lucky and it was not booked during my stay.
I didn’t hear or see anyone.
It’s also true that the living room has a pretty transparent curtain, but again it didn’t bother me, as I hardly seen any neighbours.
The atmosphere around the property seems very quiet.
I would book it again with no hesitation, as I truly felt like home.
I would prefer a fitted duvet and a duvet cover instead of a flat sheet.
This is just a personal preference, but not a problem.

Appartamento curato minuziosamente. Fornito di tutto il necessario per passare una piacevole vacanza ischitana. Il proprietario il Signor. Mario super disponibile e Simona ci ha coccolati fornendoci tutti i dettagli. Consiglio vivamente l’appartamento centrale, vicino al supermercato, ai ristoranti ed alle spiagge per chi non vuole spostarsi più di tanto. Grazie grazie per il soggiorno magico che abbiamo passato. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, nice bathroom and shower.
Difficult to talk to the staff. Everything has to go through a translator, without to know the outcome.
The balcony view is not so interesting.

Pozitia apartamentului este foarte buna,aproape de centru,port,plaja
Vederea spre atelierul de reparat masini,miros de uleiuri,galagia strazii si a persoanelor din imprejurimi.
In bucatarie nu exista nimic de spalat si in baie pentru 13 zile 3 suluri de hirtie igienica,2 sapunuri mici si 2 minisapunuri lichide.
In toata perioada a trebuit sa facem curatenie singuri,pentru curatenia finala am fost obligati sa platim.
