I’m so lost for words. Silwood Apartment is 5 star all the way. Our Hosts, Yvonne and Glenn could not have been more welcoming. They were so genuinely happy that we arrived safely and found their property. Their very warm welcome was so nice and genuine. I can honestly say, in all my years of travelling I’ve never had such a warm welcome.
The apartment is superb. Surrounded by beautiful pot plants and a view. It is absolutely spotless, tastefully decorated and very warm and cosy. Hubby and I were very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed, more than expected. Yvonne had made some fresh home made bread for us on arrival which was greatly appreciated along with fresh eggs, bacon and cereal for breakfast. Of special note, inside the apartment there were 2 “real pot plants” beautifully taken care of. I can honestly say, in all my years of travel I have never experienced this in an accomodation and it was a lovely touch. We also had private parking on the property which was also greatly appreciated. The apartment is very close to the heart of Devonport and shops. Approx a 15 minute walk max or a 2 minute car ride. I highly recommend Silwood Apartment. It’s a very special place to stay and enjoy what Devonport has to offer. A very good start to our Tasmanian holiday!

Yvonne met us and made us feel welcome. Brekkie supplies (incl fresh baked bread) were appreciated. Spacious, comfortable & modern fitout. We can thoroughly recommend this stunning apartment for short or long stay
