Summary: • Restaurants, bars and grocery store within walking distance • Lucas Oil Stadium, Pacers Center, and Convention Center 20 mins away • Indiana State Fairgrounds less than 10 mins from the house • Fully equipped kitchen • Safe neighborhood • Great backyard: bonfire pit, lighting, seating, dining, grill and basketball court • Netflix & Amazon Prime Video INCLUDED • Washer/dryer included free • Variety of churches nearby • This is a duplex • NO PARTIES The Space: This newly renovated bungalow is located just blocks south of the heart of Broadripple! It’s also conveniently located 17 minutes away from the liveliness of downtown, Massachusetts Avenue, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the Indianapolis Convention Center. The Indianapolis airport is roughly 22 minutes away, depending on traffic. Plenty of concert venues within a short drive distance. This house is a wonderful place for families coming to town, individuals here for business or conventions, or just people wanting to have a place to visit fiends or host a small get-together! It has unique touches in every room and a very warm feeling throughout. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house and the backyard! The only area in the backyard that is shared with the neighbor is the basketball court. But if you plan on having a little event/get together in the backyard, let me know and I can tell our neighbors so you’ll have full access to the court! The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants less than a block away! Including the famous Jazz Kitchen. Also enjoy some of the laid back bars in the area! Amazing atmosphere right down the street! Getting Around: Parking is available in the front of the house and there is also room for one big car or two small cars in the back via the alleyway. All parking is free. Other Things to Note: - Just a heads up for tall people: There is a low spot in the ceiling as you are walking up or down the stairs into the basement. More something to just remember if you are using the basement. - The pet fee shown ($70) is for up to two nights with one pet. It goes up $10/night for every day added, per pet. Interaction with Guests: It's a self check-in process so I won't be interacting with guests unless they want me to!

Near Broad Ripples hot spots, but nice neighborhood. Plenty of space! Stairs may be an issue for some, no bathroom main floor.

This was everything we wanted - great house and amazing location - able to walk to all our old haunts from when I lived in Indy. Luke was super fast with communication - he's an amazing host - I wish all hosts were like him! We would definitely stay here again!

Came to town for a Flyball tournament and needed a space with a yard for my dog to run around in after racing - this place completely fit the bill! Loved the location - so close to everything. Off street parking was very helpful when bringing everything in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was in a great location. We were in town for a concert in Noblesville and to enjoy downtown indy. The property was clean and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. We didnt use the backyard,however it was very nice and private.

Great central location to all the activities our family had planned. Neighbors were very welcoming + friendly. The basketball hoop was a nice feature for our family. We had a great, comfortable stay.

This cute property was great for our family of four and had everything we needed, plus a fenced in yard for the kids to run off some energy! Perfect location- close enough to downtown and other cool neighborhoods visited. The basement was a cool extra as we watched a movie on Netflix when we got to town and the kids loved the space, would stay again!

Although it was a little stuffy upstairs, this space was very confy for just an overnight stay with friends. Nice relaxing place to kick back at after being out all day
