The location is excellent, right in the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not speak English, but they used Google Translate very well, so communication was easy.
The accommodation area on the second floor is separated from the rest of the building and can only be accessed with a key card, which made us feel safe. The apartment was simple but very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, the bed linen was clean, and it was surprisingly quiet at night. We slept very well.
It was also very useful to have two separate rooms, especially when travelling with a teenager.
The biggest surprise was the building itself. We knew before booking that there was social housing in the same building, but there were many socially vulnerable residents in the common entrance area, which felt a little uncomfortable at first.
The kitchen was also very poorly equipped. For two people we had only two plates, two sets of cutlery and one pot. As we stayed for several days and wanted to cook, I had to buy a frying pan and some additional kitchen items. It would be very helpful to provide a few more basic cooking utensils and dishes.
