The staff are extremely helpful and you can book trips in the region through them rather than having to go to the tour office.
The value for money didn’t match compared to other places in San Cristobal, where I changed to with own bathroom and larger bedroom for only 5 euro more per night.

Desert Heart hostel is a very special place with special staff (Jared, Haley, Lena, Alba) they felt like family and I've had the best stay thanks to them! <3
