Apartment spotlessly clean.
Towels, Beds and bedding good quality and spotlessly clean.
Great views of the bay.
3rd floor apartment but lift available so not a problem for us
Charlie the host kept us regularly informed before and during our stay....
Overall a fantastic stay.
When i stay in Whitby again i will check this accom for availability ... we are pretty fussy about cleanliness etc so i cant think of a better compliment
Difficult to find as the actual name above the door bears no resemblance to our flat name. Fortunaly a lovely lady from the hist and stay team shiwed ys to our apartment....she was amazing!!
No shelf or soap dish in the shower meaning razors and any products had to be put on the floor - this would only take a few quid to sort and would make such a difference.
Both windows ...bedroom and lounge ...were difficult to open.

It was lovely and clean, bright and airy, comfortable bed and everything you needed was provided. Fantastic location with sea views.
Would prefer a King Size bed, but that’s just personal preference.

Smell in the bathroom . No toiletries .says when you book 10 am checkout but email during night saying you need to be out by 9am a bit rushed with two children.
