A attendente encaminho a gente para uma pizzaria a pés , mas a mesma se encontrou fechada, resultou em ir jantar no MAc donald.
No cafe da manha demorou para ter croissant e pão de chocolate.

Proximité du paléo festival et du centre de Nyon.
Hotel neuf , jolie déco et chambre spacieuse au calme.
Parking devant l hôtel.
Climatisation appréciable.
Il n’y a qu’une grande serviette par personne.
Manque un linge pour les mains et une serviette pour le visage.Pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain , ni de sèche cheveux .

הבעיה שנוצרה בכניסתנו לחדר הרסה לנו את כל ההנאה.
קיבלנו מפתח, עלינו לחדר ואיך שנכנסנו נפלה פלטת מתכת מהתקרה מילימטרים מהראש של אשתי.
כאשר הערתי לאנשי הקבלה, ההתייחסות היתה מזלזלת. בכל זאת שלחתי מייל ובו שוב סיפרתי מה שקרה,
התשובה של המלון היתה שבגלל שהתעסקנו בתקרה של החדר גרמנו לנפילה,איזו תשובה עלובה.
באנו להנות ולא להיות טכנאים שמטפלים בחדרי המלון.
כעת אני מבין שהיה לנו מזל שלא נפגענו אחרת מי היה מטפל באנו.
מסוכן להיות במלון שכזה.
תקראו למעלה. כל ההנאה נהרסה עקב חוסר אמון של אנשי המלון,
כאשר פקידת הקבלה עלתה במיוחד לחדר וראתה במו עיניה מה קרה, הצדיקה אותנו ואמרה אני מקווה שהמלון יפצה אתכם.
אך לצערנו זה לא מה שקרה.

Easy to find, large bed for our daughter, good breakfast.
We were given an accessible room. But the shower/bathroom was a catastrophy. Water and soap everywhere as the drain is not large and low enough.

Thank you for a nice stay. All was good, especially we like breakfast in your hotel and convenient parking. Check-in process was a little long and in the room we had dust on the shelves. But in general the stay was good. Thank you!
