Keys were in a key safe that was easy to find.
Kitchen was well supplied with everything although we didn't end up catering much "at home"
Shower had good water pressure and the outside shower was a bonus when we got back from the beach
Great to find a stash of boogie boards, chairs and a trolley to get stuff to the beach
All the beds were comfortable ditto the sofas
Didn't have great weather so no opportunity to use the bbq or sit outside at the picnic table
Can recommend Flo's kitchen for first coffee and pastry of the day, Beach Box for awesome waffles, Waterfront and Oystercatcher for evening meals, Surf's Up for surf lessons at £45 for 2 hours (10am - midday or 2pm -4pm)
Rubbish gets collected on Wednesday rather than the Thursday/Friday that it says in the file
On exit morning, a guy came by at 8am to collect rubbish as well
Fab location literally two minutes walk to the beach which was amazing.
Guess with the rain there were more spiders in the house than if it had been better weather!

Just could do with garden straightening but that is not a deal breaker. Loved it..
