Bring up to one friendly and well-behaved dog 20 lbs or less with you, and for their stay, there's a pet fee of $30 per night per pet and a straightforward registration process via our third-party pet screening service. A $20 fee applies for the first dog, and $15 for each additional dog. Please familiarize yourself with our pet policy before securing your booking. We'll provide the registration link after you confirm your reservation. Please be aware of the following essential policies for your stay at Reel Escape: Minimum Rental Period: City of Marathon zoning requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights, and no exceptions can be made. Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and is not available for worker housing. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors. Boating Safety: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to verify that your boat can safely navigate the local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking this property. Please ensure that your boating activities are conducted safely and in compliance with local regulations. Loved the area and location of condo. Was a bit confusing finding condo. Because unfamiliar with area address was confusing. Once we found it was perfect for our needs.

My husband and I come to the keys every November for our birthdays. This complex is very well-appointed. The pool was great. As was the boat docking and access. Unfortunately the pictures are somewhat out of date. There is no shade sail over the pool as pictured. In fact, there is no shade at all there until after 2pm. There were 2 umbrellas but they were very broken. The plugged sink in this unit also persists; it is caused by a non-functional garbage disposal.

The air conditioner when it kicked on sounded like a freight train. It was really loud and you couldn't really hear anything else. The side of the refrigerator was all smeared in some kind of white grease. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Excellent overall -- 100% accurate listing. Pool is nice, a little bigger than most we saw in the area. Condo is updated, everything as listed -- was perfect for the two of us. Note: Was great for us, would be excellent for couple / family with a boat. Area is really geared toward that. Note 2: 4 stars in 'cleanliness' only due to fact that kitchen / dining room floor wasn't clean when we arrived. Used the available Swiffer and it was fine, but when you pay (a lot) for a cleaning fee...

This little place is a diamond in the rough! It’s hidden, private, nice pool and neighbors. It is not on the main road but hidden in the back roads and it is great!! Marathon is the heart of the Keys and so is this little place!

This unit was perfect for us. This is the first time that the bed felt like we were at home. The walk in closet was perfect for our gear/luggage. The kitchen was perfect especially the blender - we make smoothies every morning. The pool was great and the water was so warm - very nice. The kitchen closet had a step ladder and for a petite woman that was soooo nice. The bathroom was perfect - hot water and plenty of towels. The balcony was really nice also. Check in was easy peasy. The ice cube trays and plastic containers were wonderful to help with keeping our food cold when out and about. We rented a boat and the boat slip was very nice. We will return if we go back to the Marathon area.

we were only there on a short term, but we found the condo spotless and well provided. A small complex of buildings makes for a quiet, private setting. The other owners who were there for the winter months were very friendly, even helpful to is. We are happy to recommend this opportunity to others.

This was perfect for just my wife and I. Everything we needed was there and them some. There were no problems with anything. Check in/check out was so simple. Nice terrace!! We aren't likely ever be in Marathon, FL again but if we were this would be the place we'd be staying. Way cheaper than a motel/hotel, twice as nice, and offers much much more than a hotel room. Located in a great place it was easy to access the entire Florida Keys within an hour or so drive. Extremely easy to get to attractions right in Marathon. Highly recommended.
