Awesome experience, one of the best ones in terms of apartments that we have ever had.
The owners of this place are very kind and sweet people who immediately responded to questions that we had, not only in terms of the apartment, but also helped us with local tips and gave great advice.
Everything was clean and well organized.
The sea view is indeed sea view - we had a beautiful view from our balcony and enjoyed it a lot. On the opposite side there is a nice forest, so I think any room has a nice view.
The location is very nice: 2min away from the sea, 2min away from the supermarket and 1min away from a drug store. You don't hear the noise from the promenade (btw, noise isolation is really good - in the room you can't hear a person talking even if they are on your own balcony)
This place is special. Will recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Gradac.

The location is top, mid of city center. The apartment is everything as it says.
Parking is a challenge if you drive every day to the beach or go for a trip.

Close to city center and cozy

The room was nice, clean and very close to the city center.
The room was extremely compact and small. Thee wasn't even space for a second luggage and you could only reach one side of the bed, to get to the other side you had to crawl from the bottom of the bed. The shawer was stilish but without doors (open style) therefore during the shower the water was going everywhere. The access was through a self check in but the landlord didn't send the code until we asked him.
