It was everything we hoped it to be. Ocean view, the sounds of waves to put you to sleep. If you needed anything from beach towels to cold medicine it was there. Walking path for miles just feet from complex entrance. And if you had a problem it was addressed very quickly. 5 stars most definitely!!!!

The condo was beautiful! Very clean, very well decorated. Plenty of comfortable furniture inside and out. There are plenty of beach supplies as well which was greatly appreciated. The only issue I had was the AC was broken, I contacted the management company and they had a service tech out quickly. It was fixed quickly. I highly recommend this condo. All around a great experience!

My daughter and I visited the island for 2 weeks to help my son move back to the mainland. The condo was well equipped, location was perfect, beautiful ocean view, large lanai and comfortable beds. Also loved that this condo complex has an elevator. Only negative comment I have is that the A/C is on a 2 hour timer and on hot nights it was uncomfortable sleeping. Ended up calling the managing agent and they brought fans that day which helped. I’ve stayed at 3 other condos on the island in the past 2 years and this was by far my favorite. Would definitely rent again if I ever get the chance to go back.

This property was excellent all around. No dealing with checkin just simply arrive. Everything you could need was included - toiletries, kitchen items including salt, pepper, oil etc. And even equipment to enjoy the beach! The lanai was wonderful to hang out on and it is close to towns - short drive or trolley ride and even walk to a marketplace and beach. Wasn't crazy about being across the street from the beach because there tended to be some loud cars, but you could still hear waves which made up for it. We had such a great stay!

This spacious condo with huge wrap-around lanai was perfect for our most recent visit to the Kona area. The unit is well appointed, comfortable and well stocked with beach-related items (e.g., chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, etc). New pool and outdoor cooking/dining area was also lovely.

The property is clean & appointed well, unfortunately we found the humidity uncomfortable to sleep at night & the AC was on a two hour timer so I was up every two hours turning it back on. Not a good nights sleep at all. We had to relocate after two nights & were told the property was sold & nothing could be done to accommodate this issue. They did refund us for the nights not used, but it certainly interrupted our vacation.

A little slice of heaven. Exceeded expectations. Slept with the windows open listening to the wave crash. Gorgeous water views from bright airy condo with wraparound lanai. Right on the trolley line to downtown dining and beaches. Super well stocked and comfy. Highly recommend!

This 2 bedroom condo was well equipped for 2 couples for 2 weeks! Very spacious with fantastic lanai views. The pool and spa were under construction during our stay but it will be very nice for future renters.

Exceptional!
The large and wonderfully appointed unit has a breathtaking view, perfect location, and many amenities. The hosts could not be nicer or more responsive. Close to town and all of the main roads for easy island exploring. The furnishings are fantastic and the lanai is amazing.

The condo is very spacious with a great lanai. It was very well equipped and we saw some beautiful sunsets from the deck. Owners were very quick to respond to our emails and the location was awesome. We would definitely come back.

Betsy was a wonderful host, and the property could not have been more perfect for our time in Kona. The property is well-maintained, spacious, and had all amenities we needed (and more!). As former residents of Kona who come back to visit often, this is one of the best accommodations we've found. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway!!
First off, the location of the property is amazing! A beautiful ocean view from both the living room and the main bedroom. It was so relaxing to sit out on the lanai and listen to the ocean and enjoy the nice weather. The condo is also stocked with all the beach essentials: towels, boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas, chairs and more. The property is also within walking distance to a few beaches. Overall an amazing stay and definitely a place we would stay again when we visit Kona again!

Loved all the little extra things provided: snorkel gear, beach supplies, shampoo, soap, paper towels, Brita filter, too much to list but everything made the stay extra nice and easy. Perfect for our family of 4! Loved the lanai at the front door with hooks for all our wet beach clothes and tile floor floor for our sandy shoes. Well stocked kitchen, large washer and dryer - all sorts of things to make our stay perfect (even reef safe sunblock!). The wraparound lanai on the front with stunning ocean views was divine - not to mention the constant ocean breeze keeping us cool. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Perfect condo for family of 4 on Ali'i Drive
What a great place to stay for our family of four on the Big Island! Betsy was great to work with from my initial inquiry to our arrival and our stay. The condo was very clean and well kept up. Loved the large entryway, perfect for kicking off shoes, hanging towels and keeping beach equipment. The porch was huge and wrapped around this corner 2nd story unit. Walking distance to a few fun ocean spots, Da Poke Shack and a corner market. Was really nice to have snorkel and other beach necessities available for our use. Thanks so much! Would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villas. The wraparound lanai was awesome to sit and have breakfast or watch the surfers. Being on a leaky drive was great to go into town or out to the beaches the owner/manager is very responsive and super helpful. Can’t wait to come again

Comfortable with a great view!
This place was great for our family of 4. Well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, even condiments and spices. The coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear were super convenient. And best of all the ocean view from the larger than average lanai. Overall, we had a great stay and Betsy was a great host and also provided a detailed list of places to go with our toddler.
