I would like to highlight that the apartment itself was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The interior was well‑maintained, and the overall condition of the accommodation met my expectations in terms of cleanliness and design.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the parking situation at Evitel. Although the accommodation advertises a private parking, it consists of only four spaces and was not managed properly. For two days, one car occupied extra space, preventing the fourth spot from being used, and the staff could not identify the owner to resolve the issue. During my 7‑day stay, I was able to use the private parking only once. For the remaining six days, I had to park about 200 meters away near the channel, as even the public parking was full. This does not match the expectations set by the advertised “private parking” facility.

Gorgeous, modern furnished apartment with big balcony, where you can chill and eat. The hotel has elevator, which is rare for Greece! :) Staff is amazing! Location is perfect - extra close to the main square.

We could not always find available parking spot in front of the hotel. It would’ve been great if the hotel could arrange some parking somewhere close. Also, cleaning ladies seem to not clean the floor.

Excellent location—just steps from the city center, making it very convenient. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable longer stay.

The only downside was the water supply. There were several occasions when there was no water. I'm not sure if this is a common issue in the region during the summer, but it was inconvenient. Coffee capsules were also not always replaced during cleaning, so I recommend buying your own.

The service was good. Not very far from the beach but also not too close. It was a last minute booking and everything else were already booked. Better that most of those nearby.

It was a bit noisy because it's at the city center. I only had mobile signal for phonecalls at the balcony.
