Location is right in the middle of Estepona, everything is within walking distance, restaurants, bars, beach. Rooftop pool has spectacular views, the gym and sauna are top quality.The supermarket is literally across the road!
Late night walk to drop off keys if you have an early flight!

Great apartment in a central location in Estepona, just walking distance from beach, and the old town area. It was comfy for the five of us, and had plenty of kitchenware.
The balcony was beautiful, especially at sunset. The rooftop pool was also nice. It was busy during the peak times, but if you were able to get a sunbed, it was a nice place to relax.
There is currently some large construction going on in the direction to the beach, but this didn't impact us other than just ruining the view from that side in the balcony. You can still directly walk to the beachfront within about 5-10 minutes.
The pre-check in experience wasn't great, with constant messages to provide information and pay the deposit. It was frankly a bit too much for what should have been a simple process.
The key collection (as well as the drop off at the end) was quick and easy, the only smooth thing.
On the first day of the stay, an incorrect number of large towels were provided and the rooftop access to the pool wasn't not working with the keys provided. I mentioned this to Roomservices, but they kept telling me to view the instructions, so I then sent video proof of these issues and there was a lot of back and forth for no reason. It took more than 24 hours for these simple issues to get looked into, far longer than what should have been acceptable. Once they finally came to check, they acknowledged it and did help put things right.
After check out, I did not receive any communication regarding the deposit return. When I asked, I was told this would be a week after check out. More than a week and a half later, I had to follow up again asking what happened, only then was the refund actually issued.
Also due to the issues on the first day, I requested a small refund for these problems and that also took over 2 weeks to get paid out, after having to chase them multiple times.
The apartment was nice, but the management company did ruin the whole experience unfortunately.
