About this house rental
Beautiful private home just 9 steps from your private beach. This newly constructed home features 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with an outdoor shower to comfortably accommodate 10 people. The primary bedroom is on the first floor and features a king bed, smart T.V. and ensuite bath with a large walk-in double shower. Also on the first level, the second and third bedrooms both offer king beds, walk in closets, smart T.V.'s and share a full-size jack and jill bathroom.
The second level offers a spacious room with 2 queen beds and a large private full bath, 2 dormer windows overlooking the Sea of Abaco.
Fully equipped kitchen, including large island (seats 4), stainless steel appliances, electric stove and oven, coffee maker, wine and beverage cooler, air fryer, bullet blender and much more. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with full size Samsung washer and dryer.
Separate dining area holds a large Pottery Barn table that seats up to 10 people. Dine in comfort and luxury with views of the ocean through French doors that open to the veranda.
This living room boosts two large 8x9 ft Tri-fold doors that open to the veranda creating an indoor/outdoor space to capture the ocean breeze while relaxing on 2 full size sofas, 2 comfy over-sized chairs with large ottomans, 75" smart T.V. with bar area below.
The outdoor features an expansive veranda that stretches the length of the home. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze or take 9 steps down the walkway to your private soft white sandy beach.

Great home with incredible views. Everything we needed was there and available. The beach out back is fantastic. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Wonderful house where morning coffee on the back just a few feet from the Bahama Blue Sea. The owner is extremely hospitable and keeps the property in great shape. Highly recommend!
