We had a wonderful stay! House was clean, nicely decorated, and easy to check in and check out. We went to Ohiopyle for hiking, ate great food and then came back to the house for movies. It was the perfect weekend. Thank you so much.

The property was wonderful. The quality and decor of the inside is exceptional. I had been looking for a place for both of us that was centrally located to Ohiopyle and it was perfect. The close proximity to the highway has its pros and cons but it was quiet at night.

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend for a late anniversary trip. Linda was very accommodating and left us check in early after a long day at the park. The decor and furnishing are all up to date. The place was very clean and had everything you need for a short or extended stay. We enjoyed the fire pit outside, which had plenty of firewood for the stay. Will definitely look this place up again when we are in the area the next time.

We ate dinner on the front porch and it was so nice. Had squirrel and turkey in the backyard and an owl at night. The place was super clean and even had a Kitchenaid mixer in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

What a sweet little place. The challenge here is the parking when you have a larger vehicle.

Wonderful retreat for a relaxing weekend. Lots of area attractions to go too. House was clean, comfortable & well stocked with everything we needed.

My partner and I had a wonderful few days exploring Ohiopyle, and I'm so glad we stayed here. First of all, the house is sparkling clean and exactly as pictured. Linda's directions made it very easy to find and self check-in was very easy. The house has everything one could possibly think of for comfort- fluffy towels, a fully equipped kitchen with oil, spices, flour, sugar, pots and pans (I suggest bringing your own kitchen knives if you have vegetable chopping to do), two big screen TVs with Hulu and Netflix access, extra blankets, nightlights in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom to find your way at night, and even OFF spray for hanging out on the porch (though the mosquitos weren't too bad for us). I was really impressed with the attention to detail! The front porch is lovely and we ate all our meals outside. The drive to Ohiopyle was 20-25 minutes, which worked perfectly. Linda also included a helpful book of recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely recommend and will keep in mind for future trips!

Laurel Retreat was a wonderful place to stay. Linda was an excellent communicator. The house was extremely clean. The wi-fi was strong, I had several devices connected without any problems. The house was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The location is perfectly located for access to Ohiopyle and the Frank Lloyd Wright properties. I would recommend this location.

This property is even more charming than pictured. The entire home was spotless. We appreciated thoughtful extras such as night lights, well-equipped kitchen, board games & cards and a comprehensive notebook regarding how the tv and fireplace operate, local restaurant recommendations and more. At the last minute we asked to stay another night and Linda responded quickly and was able to accommodate our request. A must stay if you are in the area.

I've stayed at a lot of properties and this one ranks as one of the very best, for lots of reasons. It was sparkling clean, there was lots of room (the whole house!), the bed was comfortable, the towels were high quality and there were plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. Our contact person was always easy to communicate with, and was very welcoming. She put a lot of thought into the information book which had area restaurants and attractions. I would definitely stay there again.
