The location. The view. The accommodations and amenities.
The A/C was dripping water the entire time we were there. We had to put a bucket between the bedroom door and the main living area so we had no privacy in our bedroom.
The locks many exterior doors were broken and keys to lock doors into the main living area were not given to us. We could not lock all the doors which made us quite uncomfortable both when leaving the property for the day and at night when going to sleep.

The owner was very helpful and could always be reached on WhatsApp if we had any questions.
The accommodation is in a great location, and the proximity to the sea creates a lovely atmosphere, just a few minutes’ walk from some nice beaches.
The nearest store is in Polignano, which is at least 2 km away, so it’s worth either renting a car or taking a taxi. Otherwise, it’s perfectly fine to walk there, since the route mostly follows a beautiful beach.
The building is beautiful and charming, though, as others have noted, it could use some renovation.
The lower level is perfectly fine, and the kitchen is well-equipped—the only thing missing was a microwave.
The house has an enclosed courtyard with sun loungers, which is great. There’s a large table on the terrace, so we almost always ate outside. There’s also a large terrace on the upper level. I didn’t see it mentioned anywhere in the description, but there are two rooms upstairs with French doors. The bathroom upstairs opens from one of them. But both rooms and the bathroom have doors leading to the terrace, so in theory, they can be accessed via the terrace.
On the lower level, there were board games, as well as a large chest outside that was full of interesting things—the kids really enjoyed it.
Overall, we had a great time—six adults and two children.
- There was no microwave in the kitchen.
- The biggest problem was the cleanliness of the accommodations. It was more or less okay on the lower level, but it wasn't good upstairs. There were signs of water damage on the ceiling, and mold in several places in the bathroom. We had to disinfect it for 20 minutes before we dared to use it.
- I don't think the air conditioners have been maintained in years; when I looked inside them, there was a lot of mold.

La ubicación es perfecta para explorar puglia, queda muy cerca de todo. Es una villa muy cómoda y práctica.. ideal para una familia. Nada mejor que llegar luego de una larga jornada y relajarse en la terraza frente al mar.
