Schöne Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Fußläufige Entfernung zu einigen kleinen Stränden. Auch Polignano a Mare kann fußläufig erreicht werden. Zwei schöne Terrassen und Aussendusche. Ideal um alles von Otranto bis zum Castell del Monte zu besuchen.
Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, um für zwei Personen Frühstück oder auch mal ein Abendessen zuzubereiten.
Die Müllentsorgung sollte verbessert werden und eindeutiger sein. Die offenen Behälter im Garten ziehen die Ameisen an, welche auch leider den Weg ins Haus gefunden haben– insbesondere im Badezimmer – trotz penibler Sauberkeit und Verschluss von Lebensmitteln.

Nice location, walking distance to two beaches. Amenities not all new, but clean and functional. Nice porch with water available on garden (good for washing out the sand from the beach). Parking inside the premises. Mosquito nets on all windows.
Basic equipped kitchen, enough for simple meals. I missed the bottle opener, but the owner delivered it next day :).
