The host was very kind, she came to check if everything is alright. Also check out was until 10 AM, but she told us that we can check out until 10:30.
There wasnt shower gel in the bathroom

Great location with easy access to everything. Markets, restaurants, shops, and the main attractions were all just a 2–3 minute walk away. It was also very convenient with a stroller, as access was easy throughout the area. Despite being so central, the hotel was nice and quiet, making it a comfortable place to stay.
The place looks just as beautiful in real life as it does in the photos, and the interior design is lovely. However, the property could benefit from better maintenance, as some areas are starting to show signs of wear. Cleanliness could also be improved.
The host was amazing—very friendly, helpful, and available whenever needed. We requested a baby crib when making the booking and also sent a few additional questions. Although our messages were read, we didn't receive a reply. That said, the crib was already set up in the room when we arrived, so it seems the messages were simply overlooked.
One thing to note is that the spa operates only during the winter season. It would be helpful if this was mentioned more clearly in the property description.
Overall, we had a good stay. With a few small improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and communication, the experience would be even better.

fancy interier, and the hostess with the security guard were really caring. and the location is fine
spa didn't work, restaurant didn't exist, windows didn't provide enough air, parking price was not included. and there was neither a balcony nor outside territory to quietly relax on
