Die Architektur ist spannend. Die beiden Penthäuser wirken, als seien sie als kleine Häuschen auf das Gebäude gesetzt. Die Deckenlsmpen sind sehr stylisch. Die Außentreppe hatte ich mir schlimmer vorgestellt. Nur unser Hund hatte die ersten Tage Schwierigkeiten, die Treppe zu gehen. Durch die zwei Balkone, beide überdacht, ist man etwas wetterunabhängiger. Bus, Edeka, Aldi, Tankstelle, alles quasi vor der Tür. Fußbodenheizung! Auch bei Sturm hörst du nichts, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind.
Das Licht allgemein: der Badezimmerspiegel leuchtet ungleichmäßig aus. Von den tollen Designerlampen an den Decken waren bei einer alle Lämpchen kaputt, bei der anderen funktionierten nur noch drei. Über dem (einzigen) Essplatz, der Küchentheke, ist gar kein Licht. Bei Sturm und Regen kann Wasser an einer Balkontür eindringen. Soll laut Verwaltung behoben werden. In der schlechteren Jahreszeit sollte für solche und andere Fälle ein Eimer und Lappen zur Verfügung stehen.
