Spacious, nice bathroom and quiet location
Communication was not good - we had requested check-in late in the evening, which was accepted, but as we didn't receive any check-in instructions, I assumed someone would be at the property to meet us. We were instead left by the taxi on a deserted street at midnight, faced with a keypad with no code. I had to phone the helpline, probably at quite a cost as it was an international call, to get someone to tell me the code.
There was also no check out time in the booking information and we were chased out of the property by a cleaner in the morning, despite us having no warning of when we would have to leave.
These two things would be really easy to include in the booking details and then our stay would have been really nice.
