De rustige ligging, de mooie omgeving en de ruimte van de accommodatie. Het was een fijne uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken.
Het vakantiehuis was op zich prettig, maar er zijn verschillende punten die naar onze mening verbeterd kunnen worden. De keuken was erg beperkt uitgerust: er was onvoldoende bestek en er waren te weinig kookpannen, kooklepels en waterglazen. Ook ontbraken een waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat en wijnglazen.
De airconditioning was onvoldoende om de drie ruimtes goed te koelen, waardoor het erg warm bleef in het huis. Er was helaas ook geen ventilator aanwezig die we als aanvulling konden gebruiken. De wifi-verbinding was daarnaast matig.
De stoelen binnen waren kapot en daardoor niet prettig om op te zitten. Buiten ontbrak eigenlijk een goede zitplek: er was geen bankje of tafeltje aanwezig. We hebben daarom zelf een tuintafel buiten gezet om daar te kunnen zitten.
Tot slot was de deur erg moeilijk te openen, wat regelmatig voor ongemak zorgde.
Met een betere keukenuitrusting, comfortabelere zitmogelijkheden binnen en buiten, betere koeling en een paar praktische verbeteringen zou het verblijf een stuk aangenamer zijn.

L'appartamento è ampio e luminoso, così come presentato nelle foto. È nel complesso ben tenuto e accogliente. L'ampia vetrata del salotto offre una piacevole vista sulla collina circostante. L'angolo cucina è funzionale grazie all'isola che offre comodi piani di appoggio (nota: l'isola è sistemata diversamente dalle foto, ma in meglio).
L'appartamento è affiancato dall'abitazione dei proprietari, che sono stati sempre disponibili ma nello stesso tempo discreti e riservati. Tutt'attorno vi è un ampio spazio esterno, in parte pavimentato (comodo per parcheggiare l'auto) e in parte coperto da prato.
È posto in collina e, per arrivarci, bisogna percorrere una strada molto ripida e, in parte, molto stretta: secondo me aggiunge fascino alla posizione e, comunque, non ho mai avuto problemi da un punto di vista pratico (non c'è traffico). L'abbiamo percorsa anche a piedi per arrivare in centro al paese di Spoltore ed è stata una piacevole passeggiata.
A proposito: la casetta non è situata in centro storico, bensì in una zona esterna più verde e tranquilla. Ma il centro storico è vicino (pochi minuti in auto, 20 minuti a piedi) e assolutamente merita una visita: per la sua architettura e per il panorama!
Non c'è il wifi, ma il segnale della rete mobile è forte e stabile, quindi non ho sentito la mancanza (comunque segnalata nell'annuncio).
In cucina non c'è il forno a microonde, ma un forno tradizionale: un po' più lento, ma ha fatto il suo dovere. Un po' più difficoltà l'ho avuta ad accendere i fuochi a gas, consiglio di mettere un accendino per agevolare.
Camera da letto e bagno sono dotati di biancheria e asciugamani; dovete solo portarvi i saponi doccia, il resto c'è.

The location is amazing, only a 10min walk into town where the locals were friendly and there is delicious gelato and cafes. The size of the accommodation is large and roomy.
The check-in process was confusing as we were given no check-in instructions apart from time and address. After contacting the host via phone we got some instructions but it made what could have been simple process very complicated. The door was difficult to work with the lock and then once inside we realised why as the handle on the inside was coming away from the door and broken. The kitchen was a bit disappointing as the pans and utensils were cheap and basic, so you were quite limited with cooking despite a selling point being the kitchen. Also no olive oil, salt, pepper or seasonings were provided. There was no kettle, but if you like coffee you were well provided for with ground coffee and espresso maker.
