Very clean & tidy and extremely spacious.
Great location, central to the town the seafront & plenty of shops around.
Great Hosts, they made sure we had everything we needed and felt very comfortable and at home. Nice quiet road with pleasant and friendly neighbours, a very comfortable stay and a lovely homely home to stay in.

Spacious ample room for family of six. Lovely outdoor space to the rear of the property. Small conservatory overlooking rear patio area perfect for late night drinks or early morning breakfast.
Uncovered shower in front bedroom. Maybe the property would benefit from have the two single beds as a twin room rather than a double and single in the same room. (But only sugguestion). Parking at times could be an issue outside the property although this was clearly stated in the description.

it was well equipped with pretty much everything you needed for a stay with a family. the beds were comfortable and the soft furnishings were nice. there were also board games and children’s toys which I thought was a nice touch.
although the property is pretty central, the location isn’t great, it’s not in the nicest area of Eastbourne. parking can be a nightmare and it also seemed a bit overpriced for what we got.
