Einfache Handwerker-Unterkunft auf kleinstem Raum

Der ältere Herr des Familienunternehmens war sehr nett und hat uns bei Ankunft liebevoll empfangen und zu unserem Ferienhaus auf dem Nachbargrundstück gebracht. Strand und Ortszentrum sind nicht weit entfernt gelegen. Man gelangt zu zwei verschiedenen Stränden, wenn man sich für den Weg nach links oder rechts vom Grundstück aus entscheidet. Auch die Nachbarorte mit Attraktionen sind gut zu erreichen. Man kann fast überall mit Karte zahlen, was ich als sehr bequem empfand.

Die Ferienhäuser stehen dicht an dicht im rechten Winkel auf einem kleinen Grundstück. Der verbleibende Platz besteht aus Spielplatz, Parkplatz und Sitzmöglichkeiten, wodurch kaum Ruhe möglich ist. Der jüngere Verwalter wirkte stets gestresst und war uns gegenüber unfreundlich. Da er uns nicht verstand, schimpfte er, wir sollten Englisch sprechen. Außerdem reagierte er genervt, wenn wir wegen Mängeln oder Abweichungen von der Booking-Beschreibung um Hilfe baten. Mikrowelle und TV waren defekt. Die Mikrowelle wurde ersetzt, den TV meldeten wir wegen des Verhaltens des Verwalters nicht mehr. Die Duschwand sprang ständig aus der Führung und für die Brause gab es keine Halterung. Handtücher erhielten wir erst nach Nachfrage, obwohl sie direkt nach der Buchung per E-Mail zugesagt worden waren. Auf Booking war eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill als zum Ferienhaus gehörend dargestellt. Tatsächlich befand sie sich versteckt und musste von allen Ferienhäusern gemeinsam genutzt werden. Gerade aber aufgrund derer hatten wir die Unterkunft gebucht, um dort zu frühstücken, zu grillen, zu entspannen und den Wäscheständer aufzustellen. Jeweils 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier gab es nur auf Nachfrage. Zum Kochen stand lediglich eine mobile Kochplatte mit Platz für einen Topf zur Verfügung. Einen Toaster sollte man selbst mitbringen, da kein Backofen vorhanden ist. Auch Küchenutensilien waren unvollständig bzw. zu wenig vorhanden. Die Betten quietschten bei jeder Bewegung, Kommodenknöpfe waren locker und ein Rollo ließ sich nur noch per Hand bedienen, fiel schließlich herunter und musste wegen der Sonne eingeklemmt werden. Deshalb konnten wir trotz Hitze nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Die Plastikstühle hatten Bruchstellen an der Sitzfläche, an denen Kleidung hängen blieb. Der Wäscheständer musste aus Platzmangel vor der Haustür aufgestellt werden. "Mit einer sorgfältigen Endkontrolle vor jeder Anreise ließen sich viele der aufgeführten Punkte bereits im Vorfeld beheben.
