Great location, short walk to the Taksim metro station. Spacious and clean room with a great shower. The staff was super friendly, especially Mohammed! I would stay there again:)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel gave me a complimentary room upgrade. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It was 15 mins walk to Taksim Square. But it was a uphill walk to Taksim square, so be prepared to walk a lot. Room was decent, lots of amenities were there.
There was no remote controller for the Air Conditioner in the room. I stayed two days on 5th floor, everyday from 5 am there was too many construction related noises on the roof, it was breaking my sleep. One night there was no water cause the whole area was facing water problem, so I couldnt have shower that night after long day out.
Another issue was that they sell SIM cards with internet from their reception. They charged me 1750 TRY for the sim but later I found out at other shops that it costs only 850 TRY. So they took almost 1000 TRY from me. Don't buy sim here.
