Der gute schnelle Kontakt per WhatsApp mit dem Vermieter und dass er sich um die Abholung und das rückbringen zum Flughafen gekümmert hat.

The apartment is very clean, equipped with all necessary things and with taste (very chic Italian style). We appreciated the coffee machine with complimentary coffee and ginseng capsules which made the morning smooth for us :-) The host, Claudio, is a very nice and helpful person who speaks great English. We were renting an SUV and it was easy to find a parking spot in the neighborhood (free of charge).
We only have one little suggestion for improvement: adopting a bit later check-out (11 a.m. instead of 10:30 a.m.).
