Missing room key with no alternative while the issue was being solved.

Excellent location, 5 min walk from the railway station, lots of public transportation around. Very competitive price. (Well, would be had I had full stay.) Fairly silent.

I understand that when one picks possibly the cheapest room in town, more so in a basement, a constant procession of a triple digit amount of ants from the window (room airing between guests, I guess) to the building's kitchen comes with the territory. We've quickly settled on a truce: the insects' pilgrimage stay *under* the bed and we're good. No big problem there. My issue was the absence of a key to lock the door during the first night. I understand that a new/spare key can't be summoned out of thin air on short notice on a Friday evening, but an unlocked door means that anyone can barge in by accident while trying to access the nearby facilities (common kitchen and bathroom), and mostly that I can't keep my stuff in the room while I'm outside. The absence of a room swap or any commercial gesture until the issue is being resolved is simply not acceptable. I paid for two nights, I in the end got one, staying somewhere else on the first one.

Need basic improvement

The bad was comfortable and the house was clean.

My lamp didn’t worked, two day-only the night lamps. The heat also didn’t worked properly, was fixed on 22 degree and no more, was really cold, the first day i was slept with my jacket- because the room was room and needed two days to get little comfortable temperature, but not more then that.

I’ll not recommend anyone to rent from this apartment

Everything was very poor. •Toilet not clean and broken • Rooms and kitchen unclean and poor • People Smoke in the toilet and in the kitchen

Everything about the property is very poor and I think it’s shouldn’t be on the plat form

Ich habe mich für diese Unterkunft entschieden, einfach weil sie günstig war und an der Buslinie vom Bahnhof zum Haus meiner Tochter lag. Ich brauchte nur einen Platz zum Schlafen. Ich hatte eine einfache Unterkunft erwartet, und genau das habe ich bekommen – kein Personal, keine Mahlzeiten.
