My daughter and I stayed at Bey House, and from the very first moment we felt that we had discovered somewhere truly special. This is a hotel where nothing has been left to chance. Every detail has been designed with extraordinary attention, from the beautiful and elegant interiors to the impeccable cleanliness and exceptional service. What makes Bey House truly unforgettable, however, is the people. Every single member of the team manages to be discreet, attentive and genuinely warm at the same time. They are always ready to help, to take care of the smallest detail, to offer advice, or simply to make your day a little more enjoyable. Everything is done with such natural warmth and ease that you feel not simply like a hotel guest, but like someone they genuinely care about. The food deserves a special mention. Breakfast is wonderful. You make your selection the evening before and the following morning everything is freshly prepared especially for you. Dinner was an absolute pleasure: exceptionally delicious dishes and desserts, fresh salads, a wonderful variety of choices and a beautifully curated wine list. Everything is prepared and presented with great care and taste. The atmosphere is elegant, peaceful and quite unlike anything else you will find in the area. Bey House has its own distinctive character and sense of style without ever feeling pretentious. It has that rare combination of beauty, comfort and genuine hospitality that cannot be created by beautiful interiors alone because it comes from the people. Our stay here was one of the highlights of our visit to Veliko Tarnovo. We are leaving with wonderful memories and the feeling that we have discovered somewhere we would very happily return to. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Bey House for making our stay so special. A true gem, and a wonderful example of hospitality at its very best.

Our stay at Bey House Royal Hotel was simply exceptional. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful design and elegant atmosphere to the outstanding attention to detail throughout the hotel. The fine dining dinner was one of the highlights of our stay. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented, and the live music created a wonderful atmosphere that made the evening even more special. What truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to help me organize a surprise for my partner, handling everything with great attention and discretion. Their kindness played a huge part in making our stay unforgettable. Liked the comfortable bed, most of the staff and interesting decor.

Booking.com stated that there was onsite parking, but the parking was 500 meters away, downhill on a one way street. Not good for people with mobility issues, and it was very time consuming since we had to drive around the entire town to get back to the hotel. In addition, upon check-in, we had to fill out several forms, including an acknowledgement that check-out time was 11 a.m. and that we agreed to vacate the room before then. We have never seen that before. Also, we had to choose what we wanted for breakfast and a time slot between 8 and 10:30 a.m. Also, we had been asked via email before our stay whether we were celebrating anything special. I replied that it was my sister's birthday but when we got there, there was no mention or any notice of her birthday. I was disappointed.
