Posizione perfetta sia perché ha fuori casa una delle migliori spiagge dell'Isola, sia per gli spostamenti, ben collegata alle strade principali. Riservata, con un fantastico deore e grande vasca idromassaggio.
Soffre un po' di umidità e della scarsa manutenzione.
