Location is fantastic and the property is very large, quiet and accommodates four people easily. Secure building that includes a lift (elevator) to make access to the third floor very easy with luggage. Good supply of kitchen dishes, cutlery, glasses and a full-size fridge and freezer, although we did not cook at the flat, too may good food options out in town. Excellent coffee shops just around the corner - Especially Cairngorm Coffee, incredible people and coffee and snacks, they quickly became our first stop of the day. Dean Village and the Water of Leith path are a 5-minute walk, but like many things in Edinburgh, the hill back up is no joke! Coming from the airport, use the Tram, buy a round-trip ticket, be sure to save your ticket, the conductors will check for them! Get off at the West End stop and it's a five minuet walk to the flat on smooth sidewalks, and you are two blocks from Princes Street, multiple bus stops and the tram or you can just walk. Contact and communication with the team, the instructions on the flat were all fantastic. We had no issues at all.
Only improvement we can offer would be the pillows for the beds, they are feather pillows and rather flat. Both beds had four each, but we found ourselves wanting larger pillows. Also, take notice that the second, hallway bathroom only has the tub with a hand wand, there is no stand-up shower in that bathroom, only the primary ensuite has a shower. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of if traveling with friends or family. Although the soaker tub is a nice treat after a long day of walking!

Lovely apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. In a great location with a parking.space included
Our parking space was occupied by someone else and we had no parking until that car moved.
A bollard might be a solution to ensure parking is available.

Location and plenty of room for 4 Adults.
Kitchen could be better supplied. No coffee maker( there was an electric pot), spatula, salt however no pepper. Some type of cooking oil would have been helpful. There is a washer however no dryer.

Location and parking facilities where spot on. Apparent is lovely on the whole with comfortable beds
A welcom pack with Tea coffee etc would be great. Most places I've stopped in before always leave these types of things. The worst thing wad a dreadful drainage smell from the shower. After no response from the service number we tried ourselves to remedy the issue with bleach. How a cleaner would not have noticed such a smell before hand I do not know. Luckily the bleach helped a little.
