No matter where your Tampa Bay/Gulf Coast vacation leads you, this centrally located home will be within 15-30 minutes or less to many of the best area attractions. You are within driving distance to so many restaurants, shops and other Florida Attractions! The living room has a large Smart Tv with over 50 channels and a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. The master bedroom has a king size bed, Smart TV with attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. A fully equipped kitchen that includes a washer and dryer. The garage is set up as a game room with a shuffleboard/table top bowling and pop shot basketball! Parking allowed only in driveway only. There are exterior camera's for the owners peace of mind. Pool equipment: tenants are not to touch the pool heater or any of the pool controls. The pool is set to 87 degrees. If moved off of this temperature, there will be an steep fine. Please keep in mind that Florida does get cold snaps, and it is not an indoor pool, and in cooler weather the pool may not stay at a consistant 87 degrees. Ring doorbell and Exterior cameras on site. Beach Items: This unit has 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter.
