Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. My family and I were very pleased with this rental. It had everything we needed. The host was easily reached and responded quickly.I was disappointed that there were no TV's in the bedrooms, but, it actually worked out better that there weren't. No one was hidden away in their bedrooms. We all spent better quality time together. Nice area to go for walks and plenty of restaurant choices nearby. I would definitely recommend this place. Very clean and roomy. The weather was a bit chilly, so I didn't use the pool, but it looked inviting. The only drawback was the jacuzzi wasn't heated. Not a dealbreaker. I would rent again.

We enjoyed our recent stay while in town for a music festival. Open floor plan with a nice enclosed patio and beautiful pool, which my family enjoyed. We did not have any significant issues during our stay and communication with management was adequate. The water pressure in the shower/bath was great, but that was not the case with the bathroom or kitchen sinks. Also, the faucet in the kitchen had a terrible high pitch whistle sound when in use. There is one tv in the house, which is in the living room. Not deal breakers, but definitely worth mentioning.

This house was amazing! Clean, well stocked and large for the price. One thing that needs to be clarified is the pool spa is not heated. The location of the house is great! We did not have a great experience using Vacasa which is who this is booked through,but the property itself is beautiful and well worth booking.
